We can offer same day dispatch and guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. We feel obligated to say that our delivery service in the UK is between 1 to 3 business days, in the unlikely event of there being an issue with our courier.
Order before 4:30pm and we'll aim to deliver the next working day (our working days are Monday – Friday).
Standard delivery costs £10.00 + VAT, this service is free of charge when you spend over £200 excluding VAT on all products excluding bubble wrap, fastfil, biofil, foam and corrugated paper, and £300 excluding VAT on orders including bubble wrap, fastfil, biofil, foam or corrugated paper.
For guaranteed next day morning delivery, please place your order before 2pm. This service costs an additional £15 + VAT. Please select your delivery option at the checkout.

Courier deliveries to the postcodes listed below will be subject to a charge of £25.00 + VAT and cannot be guaranteed next day. Bulkier items will, with all our deliveries, be treated on an individual basis and the charges will be clarified before proceeding. We try to ensure stock availability of our online product range at all times. If there is a stock shortage that affects your order, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your goods as soon as possible.
What happens if I receive a broken or damaged item?
You must check the products thoroughly when they are delivered. If in the rare circumstance you notice your order is damaged when it is delivered, then you should refuse to accept the delivery. Our courier will then inform us that you have refused delivery, and we will arrange immediate dispatch of replacement goods.
If you happen to notice damages when the driver has departed, advise our sales team immediately by calling 0800 651 0110. To speed up the process of us sending out replacement goods, it would be very helpful if you could provide a photograph showing the nature of the damage.
What do I do if items are missing?
Please check your order carefully on receipt to ensure everything is there. Occasionally, on orders comprising multiple parcels, the courier may not deliver the full order in one go. If the balance does not arrive on the next day, give us a call on 0800 651 0110 email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll chase it up for you.
What do I do if I’ve received the wrong items?
If we send you the wrong items, we’ll happily organise an immediate replacement.
What if I’ve changed my mind and no longer want the items?
If you change your mind on your purchase and contact us within 28 days of placing the order we’ll give you a full refund for the goods on their return (as long as they are as new and still in a saleable condition), but you will need to return them at your own cost. We do not refund the delivery charge that you paid on the initial order.
